William took the time to explain the whole process, gave invaluable advice (spotting potential asbestos, foundation, and framing issues), suggested a very responsive broker, and helped negotiate a price that I am very happy with. Above all, William was extremely patient as I figured out exactly what I wanted (neighborhoods, # of bedrooms, cost of room addition contract, etc.).
